Magisterská práce se věnuje gotické architektuře v Mohelnici. Hlavní část textu se soustřeďuje na shrnutí dějin města v období od 13. století do konce 16. století. Následuje analýza urbanistické struktury městského jádra a stavební historie stěžejních památek z období gotiky ve vztahu k dalším příkladům měst, z velké většiny vázaných na olomoucké biskupství. Katalogová část se soustřeďuje na rozbor architektonického řešení dochovaných staveb v Mohelnici, potažmo jejich interiérové výzdoby. Zásadní součástí textu je zasazení mohelnické architektury do kontextu dobové architektonické praxe střední a severní Moravy.This master's thesis deals with the gothic architecture of Mohelnice, a north-central Moravian town in the Czech Republic. The thesis summarizes the history of the town from the 13th century to the end of 16th century, analyses the urbanistic structure of the town's centre and the architectonic character of each of the pivotal gothic objects in Mohelnice. This knowledge is applied to the contextual architectural relations of the other towns, which are often connected to the diocese of Olomouc, Czech Republic. The catalogue section includes an analysis of the architecture and stonemason works in the interiors of the buildings. An important component of the thesis is planting the architecture of Mohelnice in the architectural context of north-central Moravia.
