Tématem diplomové práce je podrobná analýza specifického charakteru překladu osobní korespondence na základě francouzské epistolární výměny mezi Henrim Pourratem a Janem Čepem a jejího překladu do českého jazyka. Vedle komentovaného překladu vybraných dopisů se práce věnuje žánru osobní korespondence a představuje korespondenci Henriho Pourrata a Jana Čepa v sociálně-historickém kontextu. Korpus textů tvoří překlad 61 vybraných dopisů obou korespondentů dochovaných z let 1932-1947, z nichž vychází následná analýza, jež se zaměřuje především na charakteristické prvky žánru korespondence a možnosti jejich překladu.The topic of this master thesis is a detailed analysis of a specific character of personal correspondence translation, based on the French epistolary exchange between Henri Pourrat and Jan Čep and its translation into Czech. Besides the translation with commentary of the selected letters, the thesis deals with the personal correspondence genre and it presents the correspondence of Henri Pourrat and Jan Čep in its socio-historical context. The text corpus is formed by 61 selected translated letters surviving from the years 1932-1947, written by the two correspondents, which represent the basis for the subsequent analysis, focused mainly on the characteristic elements of the correspondence genre and the possible ways of their translation.
