Bakalářská práce se věnuje službě online přepisu pro osoby se sluchovým postižením. První část definuje základní pojmy týkající se osob se sluchovým postižením a základní pojmy z oblasti komunikace. Druhá část je věnována výzkumné činnosti. Jedná se o kvalitativní výzkum - metoda dotazníku. Metodologická část si klade za cíl především definovat specifikace komunikace osob se sluchovým postižením.Bachelor thesis is devoted to the services of online interpreting for persons with hearing impairtment. The first part defines the basic terms concerning persons with hearing impairtment and their communication. The second part is devoted to a research. It is a qualitative research using the method of the questionnaire. The methodological part aims to define the specifics of the communicative of persons with hearing impairtment.
