Bakalářská práce se zabývá začátky učitelů v této profesi. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojem profese učitele a na oblasti, které jsou s touto profesí spojeny. Praktická část vychází z termínů uvedených v teoretické části. Jejím hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jak hodnotí začínající učitelé své první roky v praxi a jaký je rozdíl mezi učitelovým očekáváním před vstupem do profese a realitou po nástupu do profese. Ke sběru dat byla zvolena kvalitativní metoda polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Získaná data byla analyzována, interpretována a poté rozdělena do sedmi kategorií.The bachelor thesis deals with the beginnings of teachers in this profession. The theoretical part focuses on the concept of the teaching profession and the areas that are associated with this profession. The practical part is based on the terms mentioned in the theoretical part. Its main aim was to find out how beginning teachers evaluate their first years in practice and what is the difference between the teacher's expectations before entering the profession and the reality after entering the profession. A qualitative method of semi-structured interview was chosen to collect data. The data collected was analyzed, interpreted and then divided into seven categories.
