Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na spokojenost žen s perinatální péčí. Jejím cílem je zmapovat spokojenost rodiček s péčí v Královéhradeckém kraji, dále zjistit, které faktory ovlivňují spokojenost a identifikovat oblasti, jež vyžadují zlepšení. Teoretická část představuje aktuální trendy v porodnictví, metody hodnocení perinatální péče a vyhodnocuje vliv faktorů, které ovlivňují spokojenost rodiček. Bylo uskutečněno výzkumné šetření metodou kvantitativního výzkumu. Ke sběru dat byl použit standardizovaný dotazník KLI-P, který zkoumá psychosociální klima porodnice podle jednotlivých dimenzí péče - vstřícnost a empatie zdravotnických pracovníků, nadřazenost a nedostatek zájmu, fyzické pohodlí a služby, kontrola a podíl rodičky na rozhodování, podávání informací a dostupnost zdravotníků. Soubor respondentů představoval 169 rodiček. V rámci výzkumné části byl testován vliv věku, vzdělání, parity a průběhu porodu na spokojenost žen. Ženy rodící v Královéhradeckém kraji byly významně spokojenější s porodnickou péčí než s péčí na oddělení šestinedělí, i v porovnání s krajem Olomouc, Vysočina a celou ČR. Nejvyšší spokojenost byla zjištěna v dimenzi vstřícnost a empatie lékařů i porodních asistentek na porodnickém oddělení a v dimenzi kontrola a podíl rodičky na rozhodování na oddělení šestinedělí. Nejnižší spokojenost byla zjištěna v dimenzi kontrola rodičky a její podíl na rozhodování na porodnickém oddělení, nadřazenost a nedostatek zájmu zdravotnických pracovníků a fyzické pohodlí a služby na oddělení šestinedělí. Zlepšit je třeba především způsob podávání informací rodičkám, zpestřit stravu, zdravotníci by měli respektovat přání ženy zvolit si porodní polohu a omezit rušení žen při kontrakcích a kojení, a také by se mělo přizpůsobit uspořádání prostor potřebám rodiček. Sledování spokojenosti žen s perinatální péčí umožňuje zkvalitnění péče o matku a dítě.The diploma thesis focuses on the women's satisfaction with perinatal care. The main aim of this thesis is to examine the satisfaction of mothers with care in the Hradec Králové region and also to find out which factors influence satisfaction and to identify areas that need improvement. The theoretical part presents current trends in obstetrics, methods of evaluation of the perinatal care and evaluates the influence of factors that affect the satisfaction of mothers. A research survey was carried out using the method of quantitative research. We used a standardized KLI-P questionnaire to collect data, which examines the psychosocial climate of the maternity hospital according to individual dimensions of care - helpfulness and empathy of the medical staff, superiority and lack of concern of the medical staff members, physical comfort and hospital service, control and participation of the mother in decision-making, information and availability of the medical staff members. The group of respondents was represented by 169 mothers. The research part tested the influence of age, lower/higher education, primipara/multipara and of vaginal delivery/forceps or VEX/Cesarean section on women's satisfaction. Women who deliver their babies in the Hradec Králové region were significantly more satisfied with the intrapartum care and less satisfied with the postpartum care, even in comparison with the Olomouc, Vysočina and the whole Czech Republic regions. The highest women's satisfaction was found in the dimension of helpfulness and empathy of doctors and midwives in the intrapartum care ward and in the dimension of control and the mother's share in decision-making. The lowest women's satisfaction was found in the dimension of the mother's control and her share in decision-making in the postpartum care ward, the superiority and lack of concern of medical staff and the physical comfort and hospital service in the postpartum care ward. It is the necessery to improve the way in which information is given to mothers, their diets should be improved, the medical staff members should respect the expectant mother's choice of her position during the delivery and they should not interrupt women during the contractions and breast-feeding, and the layout of the hospital should also be adapted to the needs of mothers. Monitoring women's satisfaction with perinatal care allows to improve the care for mothers and their children.
