Disertační práce se zabývá determinanty úspěchu v malých uzavřených on-line kurzech (SPOC), vyžadujících různé úrovně informatického myšlení. Teoretická část práce je věnována genezi a vymezení moderního způsobu vzdělávání formou SPOC. Zabývá se informatickým myšlením a jeho úrovněmi v kontextu didaktiky informatiky. Shrnuje poznatky o obecných a specifických determinantech úspěchu. V empirické části práce je nejprve pozornost věnována kvantitativnímu výzkumu se zaměřením na identifikaci strategií aktivit studentů při plnění úkolů a ověření potenciality identifikovaných strategií jako determinanty úspěchu. Jako výzkumná metoda bylo použito pozorování formou digitální observace. Následně je popsána realizace druhého kvantitativního výzkumu, který se zaměřoval na determinanty úspěchu studentů v realizovaných SPOC kurzech a popis jejich obecnější struktury pomocí identifikace faktorů. Jako výzkumné metody byly zvoleny dva standardizované dotazníky (VARK Questionnaire, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire) a vlastní polostrukturovaný dotazník.The dissertation analyses the determinants of success in small private online courses (SPOCs) which require different levels of informational thinking. The theoretical part of the dissertation deals with the origin and definition of the modern way of education by means of SPOCs. The concept of informational thinking and its levels in the context of the didactics of information science is addressed. The findings on the general and specific success determinants are summarized. The empirical part focuses on the quantitative research with an emphasis on the identification of students' activity strategies of task completion and the verification of the potentiality of these strategies as success determinants. The research method was digital observation. The empirical part also describes the second part of the quantitative research study focusing on students' success determinants in the SPOC courses and their general structure by means of factor identification. The research methods were two standardized questionnaires (VARK Questionnaire, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire) and the author's semi-structured questionnaire.
