Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnout současné poznatky týkající se ortotické intervence v podobě stélek a jejich efektu na charakter stoje a chůze u vybraných diagnóz. První část teoretické práce obsahuje popis a vyšetření chůze. Další část se věnuje rozdělení jednotlivých typů stélek a následně jsou zmíněny koncepty a teorie, na jejichž principu dle různých autorů tyto stélky pracují. Zbylé kapitoly se zabývají efektem ortotické intervence u pacientů s diabetickou neuropatií a podélně plochou nohou. Součástí bakalářské práce je kazuistika pacienta s diabetickou neuropatií, který stélky aktivně využívá.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the current knowledge concerning an orthotic intervention in the form of insoles and their effect on the character of standing and walking in selected diagnoses. The first part of the theoretical work contains a description and examination of walking. The next part deals with the division of individual types of insoles and then deals with the concepts and theories of various authors based on the principle what effects these insoles have. The remaining chapters deal with the effect of orthotic intervention in patients with diabetic neuropathy and adult acquired flatfoot. Part of the bachelor thesis is a case report of a patient with diabetic neuropathy who actively uses the insoles.
