Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bronchiálního astmatu u dětí, rizikovými a vyvolávajícími faktory, klinickým obrazem, a především jeho léčbou. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole je obecně popsána respirace, ve druhé problematika astmatu a ve třetí kapitole léčba astmatu. Třetí kapitola se především soustředí na speleoterapii, jakožto hlavní léčebnou metodu. Cílem bakalářské práce je obeznámit diagnózu astmatu a jeho nejvyhledávanější léčbu, speleoterapii. Ta využívá mikroklimatu podzemních prostor, jeskyní a solných dolů, což velice pozitivně ovlivňuje dýchací cesty nemocného. Ve světovém měřítku je to známá a velice oblíbená léčebná metoda, využívaná při chronických respiračních onemocnění. V oboru fyzioterapie se s astmatikem nebo dítětem trpícím i jiným respiračním onemocněním určitě potkám a bude rozhodně dobré vědět, co tato problematika obnáší a jak k ní přistupovat. Poznatky byly vyhledávány v odborné literatuře, ať už v knižní nebo internetové podobě, z databází PubMed, Google Scholar apod.The bachelor thesis deals with the bronchial asthma issues in childhood, risk and provoking factors, clinical symptoms and, above all, its treatment. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter generally describes respiration, the second chapter describes an asthma symptoms and the third chapter deals with the treatment of asthma. The third chapter focuses primarily on speleotherapy, as the main treatment method. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to acquaint the general public with the diagnosis of asthma and its most sought-after treatment, the speleotherapy. It uses the microclimate of underground spaces, caves and salt mines, which very positively affects the respiratory tract of the sick person. It is a well-known and very popular treatment method used in chronic respiratory diseases around the world. As a physiotherapist, I will definitely encounter patients suffering from asthma or other respiratory disease, and the knowledge of these treatment possibilities will enable me to help them in a more professional way. The findings for this bachelor thesis were searched in paper cover professional literature and on-line from PubMed, Google Scholar databases, etc.
