Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou diagnostiky nejčastějších poruch chůze v rovině sagitální a možností jejich vyšetření a rozpoznání ve fyzioterapeutické praxi. Teoretická část práce nejprve popisuje chůzi fyziologickou, jejíž znalost je nezbytná pro správné rozpoznání a pochopení patologií, jež mohou být při chůzi přítomny. Následující pasáž je věnována popisu nejčastějších poruch chůze, kdy se jedná primárně o abnormality v rovině sagitální. Praktickou část práce tvoří kazuistika pacienta s gonartrózou.This bachelor´s thesis deals with the most common gait disturbances in the sagittal plane as well as with the possibility of their examination and recognition in physiotherapeutic practice. The theoretical part describes the physiological gait, knowledge of which is essential for proper recognition and understanding the pathologies that may be present while walking. The following section is devoted to describing the most common gait disturbances, primarily abnormalities in the sagittal plane. In the practical part there is a case report of a patient with knee osteoarthritis.
