V této bakalářské práci jsou shrnuty důležité informace o předním segmentu oka se zaměřením na přední oční komoru. Popisuje anatomii a fyziologii přední komory a sousedních očních struktur. Přední komoru vyplňuje komorová tekutina, proto je zde popsána i její charakteristika. Následující části této práce popisují různé faktory ovlivňující přední komoru, jakými jsou ametropie, uveitidy, keratitidy, ale také katarakta a glaukom a jejich případná léčba farmaky, jež rovněž způsobují změny v přední komoře. Závěr práce uvádí souhrn možných vyšetřovacích metod přední oční komory.In this bachelor thesis there are summarized important information about the front segment of the eye focusing on the anterior chamber. The thesis describes the anatomy and physiology of the anterior chamber and adjacent ocular structures with their main functions. The anterior chamber is filled with aqueous humor, which is also characterized. The following sections of this thesis describe various factors affecting the anterior chamber such as ametropia, uveitis, keratitis, cataract and glaucoma, and their possible treatment with drugs that also cause changes in the anterior chamber. The conclusion of the thesis presents a summary of possible examination methods of the anterior chamber of the eye.
