Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na diskriminaci cizinců v České republice, konkrétně na diskriminaci občanů třetích zemí na trhu práce. Problematiku sleduje optikou pracovníků, kteří s cizinci pracují a popisuje jejich zkušenosti. Obsahuje shrnutí teoretických poznatků a porovnává situaci v České republice a Evropské unii. Výzkumná část shrnuje výsledky z rozhovorů s pracovníky a popisuje příklady diskriminace, důvody k neoznamování diskriminace a konkrétní způsoby pomoci pracovníků relevantních institucí.This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the discrimination of foreigners in the Czech Republic, specifically on the discrimination against third-country nationals within the labour market focusing on the issue from the viewpoint of workers in the direct contact with the foreigners and describing their experiences. The thesis includes a summary of theoretical knowledge and compares the situation in the Czech Republic with that in the European Union. The research part presents the results of formal discussions with the workers. It describes examples of discrimination, reasons for not reporting such discrimination and suggests particular ways how workers of relevant authorities can help.
