Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech rehabilitace u pacientů po fraktuře klavikuly. Teoretická část shrnuje anatomické poznatky a biomechaniku klavikuly, zabývá se způsoby mechanismu vzniku, klasifikace, diagnostiky a léčby fraktury této kosti a rovněž informuje o využití rehabilitace u pacientů s tímto zraněním. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta po fraktuře klavikuly, která byla řešena konzervativní léčbou, s návrhem krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu.This thesis concerns possibilities of rehabilitation in patients after clavicle fracture. The theoretical part summarizes facts on anatomy and clavicle biomechanics, it is focused on various ways of creation, classification, diagnostics and cure of the bone fracture and it also informs about use of rehabilitation in patients with such injury. The practical part is focused on casuistry of a patient after the clavicle fracture which was treated in conservative manner, with a proposal for a short-term as well as long-term rehabilitation plan.
