Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá poruchami barvocitu a jejich dědičností. Nejprve je popsána anatomie sítnice a zrakové dráhy a jsou uvedeny podstatné informace o barvě a barvocitu. Dále je objasněn mechanismus barevného vidění a teorie barevného vidění. Následuje klíčová část práce, kterou je popis základů dědičnosti a poskytnutí podrobných informací o dědičnosti poruch barvocitu.This bachelor thesis deals with color vision deficiencies and their inheritance. Firstly, the anatomy of the retina and visual pathway is described and essential information on color and color vision is provided. Secondly, the mechanism and theories of color vision are clarified. The crucial part of the thesis is a description of heredity and providing detailed information about the inheritance of color vision deficiencies.
