Nedonošenost je stále celosvětovým problémem a nese s sebou negativní dopady. Předčasně narozené děti jsou předčasně zbaveny stimulací, kterých se jim dostává behěm intrauterinního vývoje v děloze matky. Zároveň dochází k časnému odloučení dítěte od rodičů a na NICU na něj působí značné množství stresorů. Vnější vjemy jsou zásadní pro správný růst a vývoj dítěte. V této bakalářské práci jsou uvedeny typy taktilní stimulace, které můžeme u předčasně narozených dětí aplikovat. Masáž je jedním z přístupů, jak těmto dětem pomoci zvládat negativní dopady nedonošenosti. V práci jsou také uvedeny účinky nejčastěji používaných terapeutických přístupů používaných v terapii předčasně narozených dětí.Prematurity is still a global problem and has negative effects. Preterm infants are prematurely deprived of stimulation which they receive during intrauterine development in the mother's uterus. At the same time, the child is separated early from his/her parents and is affected by a considerable amount of stressors at NICU. External perceptions are essential for the proper growth and development of the child. This bachelor thesis presents the types of tactile stimulation that we can apply to premature babies. Massage is one of the ways to help these children cope with the negative effects of prematurity. The work also presents the effects of the most commonly used therapeutic approaches used in the treatment of premature babies.
