Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení terapeutické metody zrcadlové terapie ve vztahu k aplikaci u cévních mozkových příhod, které nejčastěji způsobují u pacientů hemiparézu. Bakalářská práce je členěna do dvou částí. Cílem závěrečné práce je posoudit účinnost této terapie u pacientů po prodělané cévní mozkové příhodě. První část je věnována obecným poznatkům, v nichž jsou zahrnuty základní informace o zrcadlové terapii. Je popsán princip neuroplasticity, na jehož podkladě může tato terapie fungovat. Dále se v této části podrobně zjišťuje, zda lze zrcadlovou terapii využít i u jiných diagnóz, nebo zda je vhodné ji kombinovat s dalším typem terapie, jež se obyčejně využívá pro léčbu centrálních paréz. Náplní druhé části práce je představení základních hodnotících testů ruky využívajících se pro hodnocení efektivity této terapie u pacientů s hemiparézou. Informace uvedené v bakalářské práci jsou podloženy studijní literaturou a poznatky ze zahraničních zdrojů, které byly vyhledány na základě níže uvedených klíčových slov v databázi GOOGLE scholar, PUBMED a Science Direct.The subject of this bachelor thesis is the mirror therapy evaluation method in relation to the application in patients with hemiparesis who recently had suffered a stroke. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The aim of the final work is to assess the effectiveness of this therapy in after-stroke patients. The first part is devoted to general knowledge and findings, which include basic information about Mirror Therapy. The fundamental principles of neuroplasticity, on which this therapy is based, are also described. Furthermore, the question of whether the mirror therapy can be used for other diagnoses, or whether it is appropriate to combine it with another type of commonly used therapy treating central paresis, is examined in great detail. The second part presents the basic evaluation tests of the hand used to evaluate the effectiveness of this therapy in patients with hemiparesis. The information provided in the bachelor's thesis is based on study literature and knowledge from a large amount of international sources, which were searched in databases such as GOOGLE Scholar, PUBMED and Science Direct based on the keywords listed below.
