Bakalářská práce se zabývá úrazy horní končetiny, které byly způsobeny následkem sportovního lezení. První kapitola se věnuje úvodu do horolezectví. Je zaměřena na stručný popis historie, dělení horolezectví a definice pojmu sportovní lezení. Práce je dále členě na anatomickou část, která se zabývá stručným souhrnem anatomie horní končetiny. Upřednostněny jsou informace související s nadcházejícími kapitolami. Hlavní část popisuje nejčastějších onemocnění v oblasti ruky, loketního a ramenního kloubu. Jádrem práce je fyzioterapeutická intervence jednotlivých úrazů. Zde jsou zmíněny možnosti diagnostiky a fyzioterapeutické léčby. Okrajově je také popsána chirurgická a farmakologická léčba.The bachelor's thesis deals with injuries of the upper extremity as a result of sport climbing. The first chapter is an introduction to mountaineering. This chapter focuses on a brief description of the historyvarious types of mountaineering and the definition of the term sport climbing. The thesis is further divided into anatomical part, which deals with a brief summary of the anatomy of the upper limb. The focus is on the information relevant to the following chapters. The main part of the theses deals with the most common diseases and injuries of the hand, elbow and shoulder joint. Physiotherapeutic intervention of those injuries follows. The possibilities of physiotherapeutic treatment, physical examination, treatment methods and physical therapy modalities are mentioned in this part. Surgical and pharmacological treatment is also marginally described.
