Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice temporomandibulárního kloubu a možnostech jeho rehabilitace. Práce je zaměřena zejména na hypermobilní a hypomobilní stavy vyskytující se u čelistního kloubu. Najdeme zde základy anatomie, biomechaniky a stručné nastínění toho, jak se tyto poruchy funkce manifestují v klinické praxi a co je může způsobovat. Terapeutická část se věnuje orofaciální rehabilitaci, která zahrnuje nejrůznější metody, formy ošetření, ale také autoterapii. Další část je zaměřena na možnosti miniinvazivní léčby u hypermobility temporomandibulárního skloubení. Najdeme zde také možnosti fyzikální terapie, které lze využít u hypomobilních stavů.This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of temporomandibular joint and the different approaches towards its rehabilitation. It mainly focuses on hypermobile and hypomobile states which occur in the jaw joint. The work comprises the basic anatomy, biomechanics and also provides a brief outline of how these function failures manifest in the clinical practice and what may be the cause of these conditions. The therapeutic part is dedicated to the orofacial rehabilitation which includes a variety of methods, types of treatments and also autotherapy. The latter part focuses on presenting all possibilities of minimally invasive treatments in regards to the hypermobility of the temporomandibular joint. The last part is devoted to the possibilities of physical therapy which can be used to treat the joint hypomobility.
