Bakalářská práce pohlíží na téma fungování meziročníkové podpory při adaptaci nově příchozích studentů na katedře rekreologie. Data na vytvoření analýzy byla získána z rozhovorů, mezi prvním a třetím ročníkem, které vznikly na základě projektu "Strážní andělé" v rámci předmětu Evaluace, zpětná vazba a skupinová dynamika (EVZ). Cílem projektu bylo pomoct novým studentům prvního ročníku v začátcích studia. První rozhovor proběhl na začátku semestru, aby došlo k seznámení mezi studenty z prvního a třetího ročníku a zjištění očekávání i obav nových studentů. Během celého semestru mohli studenti prvního ročníku žádat o rady a pomoc od jimi vybraných zkušenějších studentů třetího ročníku. Na konci semestru proběhl druhý závěrečný rozhovor, který fungoval jako zpětná vazba. Výsledkem bylo zjištění, zda se studentům prvního ročníku dostala pomoc od studentů třetího ročníku a jestli byl tento projekt užitečný. Druhým rozhovorem interakce mezi studenty neskončila a dále se mohou studenti prvního ročníku obracet s dotazy na studenty třetího ročníku.The thesis is focused on the functioning of the year-on-year support in the adaptation of new incoming students at the Faculty of Recreology. The data for creation of the analysis were obtained from interviews between first- and third-year students. The interviews were created on the basis of the project "Guardian Angels" within the subject Evaluation and feedback. The aim of the project is to help first-year students start their studies. The first interview took place at the beginning of the semester, in order to get acquainted with first- and third-year students and to ascertain the expectations and concerns of new students. Throughout the semester first-year students could ask for advice and help more experienced third-year students. At the end of the semester there was a second final interview, which was supposed to give a feedback. The result was to find out whether first-year students received help from third-year students and whether the project was useful. The second interview was not the end of the interaction between students and any first-year student can still ask third-year student for help.
