Tato přehledová bakalářská práce obsahuje základní informace o ateroskleróze získané za pomocí odborných publikací. Cílem této práce bylo popsat možnosti diagnostiky nestabilního aterosklerotického plátu, určit výhody a nevýhody každé z metod a následně navrhnout diagnostický algoritmus pro zobrazení nestability plátu.These summaring bachelor thesis contains basic information about atherosclerosis obtained with the help of professional publications. The goal of this review was to describe possibilities of diagnosis of unstable atherosclerotic plaque, to determine advantages and disadvantages of each method and at the end to design a diagnostic algorithm for imaging plaque instability.
