Tato přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá současnými trendy a možnostmi uplatnění brachyterapie v léčbě karcinomu děložního hrdla. Obsahuje objasnění brachyterapie. Práce se zaměřuje na možnosti léčby karcinomu děložního hrdla a také popisuje roli radiologického asistenta při brachyterapeutickém výkonu. Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnout dohledané poznatky o současných trendech v brachyterapii pro karcinom děložního hrdla.This bachelor thesis deals with current trends and possibilities of brachytherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer. Contains clarification of brachytherapy. The thesis focuses on the possibilities of cervical cancer treatment and also describes the role of radiological assistant in brachytherapy procedure. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the findings of current trends in brachytherapy for cervical cancer.
