Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení spolupráce optometristy a oftalmologa, rozbor jejího dopadu na pacienta a analýzu souvisejících ekonomických aspektů. V rámci rešerše práce jsem velmi stručně shrnula rámec výkonu obou profesí. Dále jsem uvedla přehled a srovnání aktuální situace v Evropě a v ČR v kontextu dalších souvisejících faktorů (kompetence, poměr oftalmologů, optometristů a obyvatel atd.). Byly rozebrány výhody a nevýhody této spolupráce z pohledu obou profesí a její dopad na péči o zrak, dále byla zmíněna úspěšnost vyhodnocování očních patologií optometristy. Ve ekonomickém rozboru spolupráce jsem se zaměřila na ekonomické zhodnocení výhod pro obě profese a na diskuzi možnosti zavedení úhrad výkonů optometristů zdravotními pojišťovnami a analýzu jejích ekonomických, popř. dalších dopadů.The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the cooperation of an optometrist and an ophthalmologist, the analysis of its impact on the patient and the analysis of related economic aspects. As part of the research, I very briefly summarized the framework for the performance of both professions. I also presented an overview and comparison of the current situation in Europe and in the Czech Republic in the context of other related factors (competence, ratio of ophthalmologists, optometrists and residents, etc.). The advantages and disadvantages of this cooperation from the point of view of both professions and its impact on vision care were discussed, as well as the success of the evaluation of ocular pathologies by optometrists. In the economic analysis of the cooperation, I focused on the economic evaluation of the benefits for both professions and on the discussion of the possibility of introducing reimbursements for optometrists by health insurance companies and the analysis of its economic or other impacts.
