Cílem této práce je studium průniku grafen oxidu do nádorových buněk rakoviny děložního čípku pomocí Ramanovy spektroskopie. Použita byla metoda Ramanovy mikroskopie a mapování na vzorcích buněk inkubovaných s různými koncentracemi grafen oxidu. Stejnou metodou byla také sledována stabilita vybraného vzorku buněk s grafen oxidem v průběhu několika měsíců. V buňkách byly úspěšně detekovány částice grafen oxidu při všech měřených koncentracích.The focus of this thesis is the study of cellular uptake of graphene oxide into cervical cancer cells using Raman spectroscopy. Tumor cells incubated with different concentrations of graphene oxide were investigated by Raman microscopy and imaging. The same method was used to observe sample stability over a period of six months. Graphene oxide has been successfully detected in all observed samples.
