Diplomová práce se zabývá vnímáním autority učiteli. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmů souvisejících s tématem této práce. Nejdříve jsme se seznámili s alternativními školami, kde jsme si blíže představili Montessori školu. Následně jsme si popsali profesi učitele a zmínili jsme se i o osobnosti a autoritě učitele. Nakonec jsme se zaměřili na autoritu a podrobněji se s ní seznámili. Empirická část práce uvádí interpretaci výsledků z výzkumu, který byl realizován pomocí dotazníků. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit jak je vnímána autorita učiteli.The diploma thesis deals with perception of authority by teachers. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on defining of terms which are related to the topic of our work. First we got acquainted with alternative schools, where we introduced the Montessori school. Subsequently, we described the teaching profession and mentioned the personality and authority of a teacher. Finally, we focused on the authority and got to know it in more detail. The empirical part of the work presents the interpretation of the results of the research, which was carried out using questionnaires. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out how authority is perceived by teachers.
