V teoretické části jsou popsány základy fuzzy množin, jazyková proměnná, přibližná dedukce, fuzzy regulace a jednotlivé části fuzzy regulátoru. V praktické části je řešena regulace hladiny toku řeky Moravy v Olomouci, která je v současnosti prováděna zaměstnanci Povodí Moravy. Fuzzy regulátor je vytvořen v programu Fuzzy Logic Toolbox v programovém prostředí MATLAB.The aim of the master's thesis was to describe fuzzy regulation and compile fuzzy controller for controlling the upper reach of the river Morava in Olomouc. The theoretical part describes the fundamentals of fuzzy sets, linguistic variable, approximate deduction, fuzzy regulation and individual parts of the fuzzy controller. The practical part of the master's thesis focuses on the fuzzy regulation of the upper reach of the river Morava in Olomouc, which is currently being executed by employees of the Morava River Basin. The fuzzy controller is created in the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox program in the MATLAB programming environment.
