Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na zhodnocení úrovně PA a tíži symptomů u dvou skupin pacientů s CHOPN. První skupina pacientů podstoupila plicní rehabilitaci a druhá skupina pacientů intervenci telecoachingem. Teoretická část diplomové práce se soustřeďuje na charakteristiku onemocnění CHOPN, uvedení vztahu tohoto onemocnění k úrovni PA a možnost ovlivnění pomocí plicní rehabilitací a telecoachingem. Z výsledků studie vyplývá, že se soubory probandů 1. a 2. skupiny po intervenci statisticky nelišili ani v úrovni PA ani v tíži symptomů pomocí dotazníkem CAT. Signifikantní nárůst PA byl změřen pouze u skupiny plicní rehabilitace v navýšení úrovně pohybové aktivity.The diploma thesis was focused on the evaluation of the level of physical activity (PA) and the impact of symptoms in two groups of patients with COPD. The first group of patients underwent pulmonary rehabilitation and the second group of patients underwent telecoaching intervention. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis focuses the characteristics of COPD, the relationship of this disease to the level of PA and the possibility of influencing it with pulmonary rehabilitation and telecoaching. The research shows that after the intervention, the probands of the 1st and 2nd groups after the intervention differed statistically neither with regards to the level of PA nor with regards to the severity of symptoms using the CAT questionnaire. A significant increase in the PA was measured only in the pulmonary rehabilitation group with an increase in the level of PA.
