Cílem diplomové práce je přiblížit specifika života osob CODA, se zřetelem k oblasti komunikace. Pojednáno je o rozvoji komunikační schopnosti, specificích komunikace a socializace dětí CODA. Součástí práce je popis realizovaného výzkumu, jehož cílem bylo analyzovat komunikaci u jedinců CODA. Vedeny byly polostrukturované rozhovory s pěti probandy - osobami CODA, nacházejícími se v dospělém věku. Získaná data byla zpracována formou případových studií.The purpose of this thesis is to acquaint the reader with the life of CODA people, specifically in the area of communication. Further discussed are also the areas of development of communication skills, their specific criteria and socialization of CODA children. One part of this thesis is the description of realized research whose main focus was to analyze communication of CODA individuals. There were a total of five half-constructed interviews with adult CODA individuals. The data gained from this research was processed in the form of case studies.
