Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na průkaz pro osoby se zdravotním postižením a na využití průkazu pro osoby se zdravotním postižením v Blansku. Práce popisuje osoby se zdravotním postižením, karty pro osoby se zdravotním postižením a výhody poskytované kartou pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Cílem práce je zjistit zkušenosti osob se zdravotním postižením s poskytováním výhod průkazů pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Použitou metodou je dotazník, který je distribuován držitelům průkazu pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Cíl naplním následujícím postupem. V teoretické části je nastaven teoretický rámec pro výzkum. V této části budou popsány osoby se zdravotním postižením podle typu zdravotního postižení. Dále budou představeny všechny tři druhy průkazu pro osoby se zdravotním postižením a zjistím, jaká je jejich využitelnost pro osoby se zdravotním postižením žijících v Blansku. Výzkum bude spočívat v dotazníkovém šetření, pomocí kterého zjistím, jak hodnotí benefity průkazu osoby se zdravotním postižením osoby se zdravotním postižením. Výsledkem bakalářské práce jsou poznatky pro pracovníky a pracovnice Úřadu práce České republiky, krajské pobočky v Brně, kontaktního pracoviště v Blansku, kteří poskytují dávky pro osoby se zdravotním postižením.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the card for people with disabilities and on the use of the card for people with disabilities in Blansko. The thesis describes persons with disabilities, cards for persons with disabilities and the benefits provided by the card for persons with disabilities. The method used is a questionnaire, which is distributed to card holders for people with disabilities. I will achieve the goal using the following procedure. The theoretical part contains a theoretical framework for research. This section describes persons with disabilities by type of disability. I will present all types of cards for people with disabilities. I will find out their applicability for people with disabilities living in Blansko. The research will be based on a questionnaire survey. This questionnaire survey will help me find out how they evaluate people with disabilities cards for people with disabilities. The result of this work is knowledge for social workers of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic, regional branch in Brno, contact offices in Blansko, who provide benefits to people with disabilities.
