Ce mémoire de licence porte sur l'idée de créer une école maternelle privée dans le village de Malenovice dans la région de Moravie-Silésie. Tandis que pendant ces dernieres années, le taux de natalité total en République tcheque diminue, le taux de natalité dans la région de Moravie-Silésie a augmenté. Cela pourrait causer une capacité insuffisante des écoles maternelles. Cette situation, avec le fait que l'intéret des parents pour l'amélioration de la qualité de l'enseignement et pour les directions pédagogiques alternatives augmentent, crée un environnement idéal pour la mise en place d'une nouvelle école maternelle. Le but de ce travail est de créer un business plan, qui pourrait servir comme une base pour la création d'une école maternelle. La premiere partie est consacrée a l'introduction des concepts théoriques clés liés au plan d'affaires. La partie suivante décrit le systeme d'enseignement préscolaire en République tcheque et les aspects juridiques nécessaires pour la création d'une école maternelle. Et finalement, la derniere partie représente la création du plan d'affaires lui-meme.This bachelor thesis deals with the idea of foundation of a private kindergarten in the village of Malenovice in the Moravian-Silesian Region. While the total fertility rate in the Czech Republic was slightly decreasing last years, fertility in the Moravian-Silesian Region increased, which could cause future insufficient capacity of nursery schools. This situation, with the fact that parents' interest in improving the quality of education and in alternative education pathways increase, provides ideal conditions for the creation of a new kindergarten. The aim of this work is to create a business plan, which could serve as a base for the future creation of a nursery school. The first part is devoted to the introduction of key theoretical notions related to the business plan. The following section describes the pre-school education system in the Czech Republic and necessary legal aspects. And finally, the last part represents the creation of the business plan itself.
