Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem flexibilizace práce. Cílem práce je analýza fenoménu flexibilizace práce. V první části práce je téma představeno na pozadí historického kontextu proměny práce a významu práce pro člověka. Jsou definovány klíčové pojmy jako flexibilita, flexibilizace práce, časová, smluvní a prostorová flexibilita, trh práce. V další části práce jsou vymezeny a popsány oblasti ovlivněné flexibilizací práce. Třetí, poslední část práce, je zaměřena na určení a popis výhod a nevýhod, které z flexibilizace práce pro zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele vyplývají, a sice pomocí metody ideálního typu. Téma práce je zpracováváno v kontextu převážně českého a evropského prostředí. Základem práce je analýza a srovnávání vybrané odborné literatury.The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of labour flexibilisation. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the phenomenon of labour flexibilisation. In the first part of the thesis, the topic is presented on the background of historical context of transformation of work and the importance of work for man. Key terms such as flexibility, labour flexibility, time, contractual and spatial flexibility, and labour market are defined. In the next part of the thesis there are defined and described areas that are affected by labour flexibilisation. The third, last part of the thesis focuses on identifying and describing the advantages and disadvantages that result from the flexibility of work for employees and employers, using the ideal type method. The topic of the thesis is elaborated in the context of mostly Czech and European environment. The basis of this work is the analysis and comparison of selected literature.
