Diplomová práce pojednává o dalším vzdělávání a rozvoji lektorů, kteří spolupracují se vzdělávací institucí. Cílem práce je popsat a analyzovat, jak probíhá další profesní rozvoj lektorů, spolupracujících se vzdělávací institucí. Nejprve je terminologicky ukotvena definice lektora, jeho osobnosti a kompetencí. Pak je vymezeno vzdělávání a rozvoj s důrazem na sebeřízené učení a motivaci. Pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu byl naplněn cíl práce a popsán další profesní rozvoj skupiny lektorů.The thesis discusses the further education and development of lectures, who cooperate with educating institution. The aim of this work is to describe and analyse the further professional development of lecturers cooperating with educational institutions. First, the definition of the lecturer, his personality and competencies are anchored in terminology. Then education and development are defined with an emphasis on self-directed learning and motivation. The aim of the work was fulfilled by qualitative research and further professional development of the group of lecturers was described.
