Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit přínos vzdělávací supervize pro studenty sociální práce. Pro naplnění hlavního výzkumného cíle jsme využili kvantitativní výzkum za pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část bakalářské práce tvoří teoretické vymezení vzdělávací supervize. Druhou část bakalářské práce tvoří výzkumná část. Ve výzkumné části se věnujeme přínosu vzdělávací supervize pro studenty sociální práce na CARITAS - VOŠs Olomouc. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou podrobeny diskuzi.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the benefits of educational supervision for students of social work. To fulfill the main research goal, we used quantitative research with the help of a questionnaire survey. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The first part of the bachelor thesis is the theoretical definition of educational supervision. The second part of the bachelor thesis is the research part. In the research part we focus on the benefits of educational supervision for students of social work at CARITAS - VOŠs Olomouc. The results of the research survey are under discussion.
