Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahovou problematikou seniorů žijících ve vybraném pobytovém zařízení. Jejím cílem je analyzovat a popsat charakter a vývoj vztahů seniorů s jejich rodinou a blízkými v období prvního půl roku jejich pobytu v anonymizovaném pobytovém zařízení sociálních služeb, v kontextu podpory těchto vztahů ze strany sledovaného zařízení. Konceptuální část práce se věnuje obecně problematice stáří a povaze vztahů v tomto období, pojednává o pobytových zařízeních sociálních služeb a o kvalitě života seniorů v nich. Výsledky výzkumného šetření pak poskytují náhled na povahu vztahů vybraných participantů/seniorů v průběhu sledovaného období, zachycují vývoj frekvence návštěvnosti jejich blízkých a shrnují způsoby podpory jejich společných kontaktů s blízkými od personálu sledovaného zařízení.This master's thesis concerns relationship issues of senior citizens living in a chosen social care facility. The aim is to analyze and describe the character and relationship development with the family and close relatives during the first half a year of their stay in their facility, which is for the purposes of this thesis anonymous, in the context of a relationship supporting environment from the side of the observed facility. The conceptual part generally examines old age and the nature of relationships in this period and discusses social care facilities and the quality of living in them. The research results show the participants view of their relationships during the monitored period, capture the visit frequency of the close ones, and summarize the ways to support their mutual contact with the relatives from the side of the personnel of the investigated social facility.
