Teoretická část diplomové práce se věnuje identifikaci situací a potřeb neformálních pečujících. Zaměřuje se na význam rodinné péče a zasazením této péče do historického kontextu. Dále se zabývá rodinným pečujícím a jeho motivací k péči. Shrnuje potřeby pečujících, negativní i pozitivní dopady této péče na životy zainteresovaných osob. Ve druhé části se zaměřuje na vydefinování klíčových pojmů ve spojitosti se sociální prací, zmiňuje rozdíly formální a neformální péče. Zaobírá se spojitostí sociální práce s neformální péčí a podporou pečujících ze strany sociálního systému. Teoretická část je uzavřena tematickými výzkumy týkajícími se neformální péče v kontextu sociální práce. Praktická část je realizována formou kvalitativního výzkumného šetření prostřednictvím osmi polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s využitím techniky otevřeného a axiálního kódování. Na konci praktické části jsou uvedeny doporučení pro praxi. Výsledky výzkumného šetření mají sloužit nejen pracovníkům pečovatelské služby Charity Olomouc, ale i široké veřejnosti.The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on identification of situations and needs of informal carers. It focuses on the importance of family care and placing this care in a historical context. It also deals with the family caregiver and his motivation for care. It summarizes the needs of caregivers, the negative and positive impacts of this care on lives of those who are involved. The second part focuses on defining key concepts in connection with social work, mentions the differences between formal and informal care. It deals with the connection between social work and informal care and the support of carers from the social system. The theoretical part concludes with thematic research on informal care in the context of social work. The practical part is realized in the form of a qualitative research investigation through eight semi-structured interviews using the technique of open and axial coding. Recommendations for practice are given at the end of the practical part. The results of the research can use staff members of the care service of Charita Olomouc, but also the general public.
