Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem práce s rodinou při léčbě závislosti na alkoholu. Cílem práce je identifikace a reflexe kritických míst a momentů rodinné terapie. Identifikovat, kde může sociální pracovník přispět ke změně chování klienta i jeho prostředí, a co tomu v praxi brání. V teoretické části jsou definovány klíčové pojmy, uvedeny druhy závislostí a jejich charakteristiky, faktory podílející se na vzniku závislosti a jejím trvání, sociálně ohrožené skupiny a úskalí léčby závislých. Odborná práce rozvíjí především téma vztahové dynamiky rodiny a její vliv na léčbu závislého. Kvalitativní výzkum je zaměřen na to, jak závislá osoba a její rodina nahlížejí, chápou a interpretují důvody přetrvávání závislosti. Výzkum se bude snažit identifikovat kritická místa a momenty v procesu rodinné terapie, kde by sociální pracovník mohl hrát svou roli, avšak tuto roli z různých důvodů nehraje.My bachelor´s thesis deals with a topic of work with family in case of alcohol addiction. The aim of my thesis is identification and reflection of critical points and moments during the family therapy. My task was to identify where a social worker could contribute to the change of clients´ behaviour and behaviour of their relatives and to show what prevents it in practice. In the theoretical part I define the key concepts and I present the types of addiction and their characteristic. The factors which participate in the rise of addiction and its duration, social groups at risk and the difficulties of the addict´s treatment are also presented here. My bachelor´s thesis develops especially the topic of dynamics of family relationships and its impact on the addict´s treatment. Qualitative research is focused on the issue how addicts and their families see, understand and interpret the reasons for addiction persistence. The reaserch will try to identify the critical points and moments in the family therapy where social workers could play an important role but they do not for different reasons.
