Předmětem práce je JZD Slušovice, které se výrazně odlišovalo od jiných družstev, hospodařících ve stejných podmínkách. Práce má dekonstruovat stereotypy ve výkladech o okolnostech a příčinách, které jsou spojovány s výjimečností družstva. Cílem je zjistit, jak probíhaly konkrétní výrobní procesy v podmínkách obecně platných pro všechna družstva. Teoretickou perspektivou je teorie sociálních systémů N. Luhmanna, podle které JZD Slušovice představuje sebereferenční sociální systém, který překládá iritace prostředí tuzemského hospodářství do komunikací rozhodnutí v kódu zisku. Ve výzkumu jsou analyzovány dva výrobní procesy, chov skotu a produkce počítačů TNS. Zjišťují se způsoby překladů iritací do komunikací, které jsou generalizovány do rozhodovacích premis ve formách obou výrobních procesů. Na základě forem je formulován jednotný způsob překladu, který vyjadřuje, jaká byla systémová logika překladu do komunikací, a tedy i logika řešení problémů hospodaření družstva v podmínkách tuzemského hospodářství.The objective of this dissertation is the Slušovice Cooperative Farm which differed significantly from other cooperatives operating under the same conditions. The aim is to deconstruct stereotypes in interpretations of the circumstances and causes that are associated with the uniqueness of the coop, to find out how specific production processes took place under the conditions fully applicable in all Czechoslovak coops. The theoretical perspective is the N. Luhmann theory of social systems of, according to which Cooperative Farm Slušovice represents a self-referential social system, which translates the irritations of the domestic economy into the communications of decisions in the profit code. The research analyses two production processes, cattle breeding and computer TNS production. The methods of translating irritations into communications are determined, which are generalized into decision-making premises in the forms of both production processes. On the basis of the forms, a uniform method of translation is formulated, which expresses the systemic logic of translation into communications, and thus also the logic of problem solving of the cooperative's operation under the conditions of the domestic economy.
