Předmětem této bakalářské práce je charakterizování financování politických stran, jejich role, právní postavení, principy a cíle, tradice a způsoby a také analýza dotazníkového šetření v otázce postoje veřejnosti k financování politických stran v České republice. Jedná se o problematiku, ke které zákonodárci nepřistupují efektivně a ve vší komplexnosti. Nejdříve jsou rozebrány hlavní role, právní postavení a principy a cíle financování politických stran a jejich historický vývoj, který je spojen s tradicí financování politických stran v České republice. Dále je v práci zvlášť státní a soukromé financování, které je pro toto téma stěžejní. V nejdůležitější části, tedy v části praktické, je učiněno dotazníkové šetření v otázce postoje veřejnost k aktuálnímu stavu financování politických stran v České republice. Autorka použije tuto analýzu dotazníkového šetření k potvrzení domněnky, že soukromé financování je méně přehledné, kontrolovatelné a transparentní. V práci jsou také uvedeny příklady skandálů spojených s financováním politických stran, které zase podporují domněnku, že soukromé financování není dostatečně právně upraveno. V práci jsou zohledněny všechny novely a vznik úřadu pro dohled nad hospodařením politických strana a politických hnutí.In this bachelor thesis, the funding of political parties, their part, legal position, principles and goals, traditions and demeanors and also analysis of questionnaire research regarding the public opinion on the funding of political parties in the Czech republic are characterized. This issues is not dealt with all of its complexity and efficiency by the lawmakers. The first discussed topics are the main roles, legal positions, principles, and goals of funding a political party and their historical development and its connections to the tradition of funding a political party in the Czech republic. The next discussed topics are public and private fundings, which are crucial in this topic. In the most important part of this bachelor thesis, the practical part, the questionnaire research is done regarding the public opinion on the current situation of funding of political parties in the Czech republic. The autor will use the analysis of the questionnaire research for proving the theory which suggests, that transparency, clarity, and controllability are less prominent in private funding than in public funding. The examples of scandals linked with funding of political parties are shown in the bachelor thesis. These scandals support the thesis of private fundings not being fully legally covered. In the bachelor thesis, all amendments and departments for supervising the economy of political parties are taken into account.
