Diplomová práce seznamuje s Montessori pedagogikou. Teoretická část se rozděluje na 4 kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou předškolního věku dítěte. První část kapitoly zahrnuje motorický, kognitivní, emoční, motivační a sociální vývoj dítěte. Druhá část kapitoly se zabývá socializací a hrou v předškolním věku dítěte. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na alternativní školství, na typy jednotlivých škol, na jejich vlastnosti a funkce. Dále zmiňuji reformní pedagogiku. Třetí kapitola popisuje život a dílo Marie Montessori, její vzdělávací oblasti a základní didaktické principy. Poslední kapitolou v teoretické části se zabývám osobností pedagoga v Montessori škole. V praktické části je věnována pozornost postojům pedagogů k alternativní vzdělávací koncepci Marie Montesori.The diploma thesis introduces us to Montessori pedagogy. The theoretical part is divided into 4 chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of the preschool age of the child. The first part of the chapter includes the motor, cognitive, emotional, motivational and social development of the child. The second part of the chapter deals with socialization and play in the preschool age of the child. The second chapter focuses on alternative education, on the types of individual schools, on their properties and functions. I also mention reform pedagogy. The third chapter describes the life and work of Maria Montessori, her educational areas and basic didactic principles. The last chapter in the theoretical part deals with the personality of a teacher in a Montessori school. In the practical part, attention is paid to the attitudes of teachers to the alternative educational concept of Marie Montesori.
