Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na instruktora jezdectví jako činitele volného času dětí a mládeže. Práce se v teoretické rovině zabývá volným časem dětí a mládeže, funkcemi a faktory volného času a výchovou mimo vyučování včetně vymezení postavení pedagoga volného času. Popisuje vývojová specifika dětí v období školního věku a adolescence. V poslední kapitole teoretické části se práce zabývá volnočasovou aktivitou jezdectví, rolí instruktora jezdectví v životě dětí a mládeže a přibližuje pedagogickou práci instruktora jezdectví ve volném čase. Metodami využité pro zpracování teoretické části diplomové práce je studium odborných literárních zdrojů, analýza, komparace a syntéza. Empirická část práce se zaměřuje na zmapování zkušeností instruktora jezdectví z práce s dětmi a dospívajícími ve volném čase. Byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, jako výzkumný nástroj hloubkové polostrukturované rozhovory, které byly analyzovány metodou zakotvené teorie.The diploma thesis is focused on a riding instructor as a leisure agent for children and young people. In the theoretical level the thesis deals with the free time of children and young people, functions and factors of leisure time and extracurricular education, including the definition of the position of leisure educator. It describes the developmental specifics of children in school age and adolescence. In the last chapter of the theoretical part the thesis deals with the leisure activity of riding, the role of a riding instructor in the lives of children and young people and describes the pedagogical work of a riding instructor. The methods used for the elaboration of the theoretical part of the diploma thesis are the study of professional literary sources, analysis, comparison and synthesis. The empirical part of the work focuses on mapping the experience of a riding instructor from working with children and adolescents in their free time. A qualitative research strategy was chosen as a research tool for in-depth semi-structured interviews, which were analyzed by the method of grounded theory.
