Práce je zaměřena na problematiku vztahů a klima pracovního prostředí Finančního úřadu pro Olomoucký kraj. Zabývá se jednak teoretickými poznatky z oblasti mezilidských vztahů na pracovišti, vlivu prostředí na klima pracoviště, patologickými a negativními projevy vztahů na pracovišti, pracovněprávními vztahy. Zkoumá názory na spokojenost pracovníků Finančního úřadu pro Olomoucký kraj se vztahy na pracovišti, s klimatem pracoviště a zkoumá zájem pracovníků o teambuilding.The work is focused on the issue of relationships and climate working environment of the Tax Office for the Olomouc Region.
