Magisterská diplomová práce přibližuje aktuální témata na poli ústavní a ochranné výchovy v ČR. Diplomová práce obsahuje teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část vymezuje ústavní a ochrannou výchovu a aktuální trendy v této oblasti. Výstupem výzkumné části je přehledová studie. Do Přehledové studie bylo zařazeno 102 výzkumných studií z oblasti ústavní a ochranné výchovy za období let 2015-2019. Tyto studie byly podrobeny důkladné analýze a zpracovány do přehledových tabulek. Tyto studie byly následně kategorizovány, a to podle typu výzkumné studie a podle témat, kterým se zabývaly. Z přehledové studie na téma ústavní a ochranní výchova v ČR vyvstala tato témata: vzdělávání, volný čas, příprava na odchod ze zařízení, bývalí klienti, pracovníci v zařízení, intervenční a terapeutické techniky při práci s klienty, prostředí zařízení z pohledu klienta, vztah mezi klientem a pracovníkem, klient ve vztahu k okolí, životní perspektivy klientů, osobnostní charakteristiky a chování klientů a postoje pracovníků k náhradní rodinné péči.This diploma thesis focuses on current themes in the field of institutional and protective care in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical (research) part. Theoretical part defines institutional, protective care and current trends in this field. Research part is a review study of 102 studies from the field of institutional and protective care published during years 2015-2019. These studies were systematically analyzed, and overview tables were created from their findings. Afterwards they were categorized according to the type and theme of the study. Output of the review study are these themes: education, free time, preparation for leaving the institution, past clients, institutional employees, intervention and therapeutic techniques for working with clients, environment of the institution from client perspective, relationship between client and institutional employee, client in relation to others, clients life perspectives, personal characteristics and behavior of clients and attitudes of institutional employees towards foster care.
