Bakalářská práce zjišťuje spokojeností klientů se službami pedagogicko - psychologické poradny. Teoretická část se věnuje definování toho, co je pedagogicko - psychologická poradna, také historii a definici poradenství. Dále se zaměřuje na klientelu pedagogicko - psychologické poradny a na diagnostiku specifických vývojových poruch chování a učení. Praktická část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení dotazníků, které zjišťovali spokojenost rodičů dětí, které poradnu navštěvují, se službami pedagogicko - psychologické poradny v Prostějově.The bachelor thesis focuses the satisfaction of clients with the services of pedagogical - psychological counseling. The theoretical part is devoted to defining what is pedagogical - psychological counseling, as well as the history and definition of counseling. It also focuses on the clientele of pedagogical - psychological counseling and on the diagnosis of specific learning and behavioral disabilities. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of questionnaires that determined the satisfaction of parents of children who attend the counseling center with the services of the pedagogical - psychological counseling center in Prostějov.
