Diplomová práce je zaměřena na profesi školního speciálního pedagoga se všemi kvalitami, které nabízí, i záležitostmi, které ji omezují. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení systému vzdělávání v ČR, definování profese školního speciálního pedagoga a objasnění náplně práce a činností, které tento školní specialista vykonává. Na tuto analýzu teoretických pramenů navazuje výzkumná část práce. V té jsou pomocí kvalitativních přístupů, pozorování a rozhovoru, sesbírána a interpretována data, která jsou následně společně komparována a dále srovnávána s dalšími dohledanými studiemi na podobné téma.Diploma thesis is focused on a profession of special education teacher with both the benefits that it can offer and disfavours. The theoretical part is focused on a definition of the education system in the Czech Republic, specification of the profession of special education teacher and a clarification of duties that this special education teacher can perform. Subsequently, there is the research part of the thesis. There we can find data gathered by qualitative approaches, observation and interview, that is interpreted and compared together. Moreover, the data is compared to other similar researches.
