El presente trabajo de fin de grado se enfoca en el análisis de las unidades fraseológicas checas y espanolas, específicamente las que contienen la palabra gato. El trabajo está dividido en dos partes. La parte teórica se dedica a la fraseología, la lingüística cognitiva y también a la aproximación de los estudios de la imagen lingüística del mundo. La segunda parte es el análisis de las unidades fraseológicas, hecho con el objetivo de descubrir como el gato está percibido por la cultura checa y espa?ola, destacando las diferencias y semejanzas.This thesis focuses on the analysis of the Czech and Spanish phraseological units, specifically those that contain the word cat. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to phraseology, cognitive linguistics and the approximation of the studies of the linguistic image of the world. The second part is the analysis of the phraseological units, made with the aim of discovering how the cat is perceived by the Czech and Spanish culture, highlighting their differences and similarities.
