Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou edukace seniorů, konkrétně kompetencemi lektora seniorů. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak senioři studující na virtuální univerzitě třetího věku v Olomouckém kraji vnímají lektora a jeho osobnost a jak hodnotí jeho jednotlivé kompetence. Zároveň se pokusím odhalit, jaké výhody a nevýhody shledávají senioři ve vzdělávání na VU3V. Součástí práce je také vytvoření kompetenčního modelu lektora, který lze využít při výběru vhodných kandidátů na pozici lektora seniorů, ale také při rozvoji pracovníků na dané pozici. V teoretické části práce se věnuji uvedení do dané problematiky a teoretickému ukotvení. Empirická část je zaměřená na koncipování a realizaci kvantitativního sběru dat prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření.This master's thesis deals with the issue of education of seniors, specifically the competencies of a senior lecturer. The aim of this thesis is to find out how seniors studying at the virtual university of the third age in the Olomouc region perceive the lecturer and his personality and how he evaluates his individual competences. At the same time I will try to reveal the advantages and disadvantages of VU3V education according to seniors. Part of the theses is also creating a competency model of the lecturer, which can be used in the selection of suitable candidates for senior lecturer position, but also in the development of staff in the position. In the theoretical part of the thesis I introduce the problems and theoretical anchoring. The empirical part is focused on conception and realization of quantitative data collection by means of questionnaire survey.
