Bakalářská práce se zabývá transformací pobytových sociálních služeb v zařízení Domov pro osoby se zdravotním postižením Zámek Dolní Životice p. o., která probíhala v letech 2011 - 2015. Část uživatelů z domova se v rámci transformace přestěhovala do chráněných bydlení. Cílem mé práce je zjistit, jaké důsledky, ať kladné či záporné, má transformace pobytových služeb pro dotčené uživatele. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je věnována popisu systému sociálních služeb před a po transformaci, dřívější ústavní péči, dále se věnuje typům mentální retardace. Detailně je zde popsána organizace poskytující pobytové sociální služby Zámek Dolní Životice. Empirická část popisuje metodu výzkumu, dotazníkové šetření, odpovědi dotazovaných uživatelů, dílčí závěry a celkové shrnutí, ze kterého vyplývá, že změny v poskytování pobytových služeb po transformaci vnímají jako přínosné. Výzkumné šetření bylo zaměřeno především na po transformační změny v oblasti bydlení uživatelů, hospodaření s penězi a využívání veřejně dostupných služeb, péči o domácnost.The bachelor thesis deals with the transformation of residential social services in the Home for Persons with Disabilities at Dolní Životice p. O. The aim of my work is to find out what consequences, whether positive or negative, have transformation of residential services for affected clients. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the description of the system of social services before and after the transformation, former institutional care, and also deals with the types of mental retardation. There is a detailed description of the organization providing residential social services Chateau Dolní Životice. The empirical part describes the method of research, questionnaire survey, answers of interviewed clients, partial conclusions and overall summary, which shows that changes in the provision of residential services after transformation are seen as beneficial. The research was mainly focused on the transformation changes in the area of client housing, money management and use of publicly available services, and household care.
