Tématem bakalářské práce je "Nábor a výběr uchazečů pro vstup do AČR". V první teoretické části je obecně popsán nábor a výběr pracovníků a výběr pracovníků dle požadavků Armády ČR. Cílem druhé empirické části je pomocí dotazníku a analýzy dokumentů, zjistit, zda zájemci o vstup do Armády ČR mají dostatečné informace o jejich budoucím povolání, jaké jsou jejich motivační faktory pro vstup do Armády ČR a jak jejich rozhodnutí ovlivnil program POKOS. Autor bakalářské práce zjistil, že hlavním motivačním faktorem uchazečů jsou sociální jistoty, uchazeči mají jen minimální informace o jejich budoucím povolání a program POKOS zájemce o službu v Armádě ČR neovlivňuje vůbec.The theme of this thesis is "Recruitment and selection of candidates for entry into the Army of the Czech Republic". The thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part generally describes the recruitment and selection of workers and the selection of workers according to the requirements of the Army of the Czech Republic. The aim of the second empirical part is by means of a questionnaire and analysis of documents, to find out whether those interested in joining the Army of the Czech Republic have sufficient information about their future profession, what are their motivational factors for joining the Army of the Czech Republic and how their decision was influenced by the POKOS program. The author of the bachelor thesis found out that the main motivation factor of the applicants is social security, the applicants have minimal information about their future profession and the program POKOS does not influence the applicant for service in the Army of the Czech Republic at all.
