Tato diplomová práce se zabývá mapováním současné situace v oblasti nakládání s textilním odpadem v České republice a identifikací potenciálních bariér a překážek k uplatnění principů cirkulární ekonomiky v tomto segmentu. Hlavním fokusem práce jsou toky oblečení v České republice, nicméně práce se často dotýká textilního průmyslu nebo textilního odpadu jako celku. Teoretická část práce se zabývá analýzou globálního kontextu současného textilního průmyslu a představením konceptu cirkulární ekonomiky, který je použit jako optika pro posouzení stavu nakládání s textilním odpadem v České republice. Výzkumná část práce se zabývá doplněním datových mezer v segmentu sběru a třídění obnošených oděvů v ČR, identifikaci bariér, příležitostí a tvorbou strategií pro vybrané odvětví, a to pomocí případové studie pro segment sběru a třídění obnošených oděvů. Vybranou metodou sběru dat jsou polo-strukturované rozhovory a dotazníkové šetření. Na analýzu sesbíraných dat pomocí metody PEST navazuje SWOT analýza, která identifikuje silné a slabé stránky a příležitosti a hrozby pro daný sektor. Na jejím základě je navrženo několik navazujících strategií.This master thesis deals with the mapping of the current situation in the field of textile waste management in the Czech Republic and identifies potential barriers and obstacles to the application of the principles of circular economics in this segment. The main focus of the work is within the flows of clothing in the Czech Republic, however, the work often concerns the textile industry or textile waste as a whole. The theoretical part deals with the analysis of the global context of the current textile industry, the introduction of the concept of the circular economy, which is used as an optic for assessing the state of textile waste management in the Czech Republic. The work identifies data gaps, filling of which is necessary for the analysis of material flows of textile waste in the Czech Republic. The research part of the thesis deals with filling data gaps in the segment of collection and sorting of worn clothes in the Czech Republic, identifies barriers, opportunities and creates strategies for selected industries, using case studies for the segment of collection and sorting of worn clothes. The selected method of data collection is a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire survey. The analysis of the collected data uses the PEST method, which is followed by a SWOT analysis, which identifies strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the sector, on the basis of which several follow-up strategies are proposed.
