Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou profesní etiky v kontextu výkonu soudcovské profese. První kapitola je věnována vymezení základních pojmů, které jsou spojeny s etikou, mravností a právem. Současně se diplomová práce zaměřuje na vzájemné vztahy mezi těmito instituty. Druhá kapitola poskytuje ucelený pohled na soudcovskou etiku, se současným nastíněním právní úpravy, která se tohoto fenoménu dotýká. Rovněž zkoumá pojem etický kodex a aktuální otázky, které v souvislosti s etickým kodexem vyvstávají. Ve třetí kapitole se práce věnuje tématu kárného řízení a následným problematickým aspektům, které kárné řízení postihují. Závěr poslední kapitoly je věnován vybranému případu z kazuistiky kárného senátu Nejvyššího správního soudu.The diploma thesis deals with the issue of professional ethics in the context of the judicial profession performance. The first chapter is dedicated to the definitions of the basic concepts, which are associated with ethics, morality and law. At the same time the diploma thesis is focused on mutual relationships between these institutes. The second chapter provides comprehensive view on ethics of judges and at the same time the outline of the legislation, which is connected with this phenomenon. This chapter also investigates the concept of the code of ethics and the actual issues, which arise in connection with the code of ethics. The third chapter of the thesis deals with the topic of disciplinary proceedings and the subsequent problematic aspects, that affect disciplinary proceedings. The conclusion of the last chapter is dedicated to a selected case from the case study of the disciplinary senate of the Supreme Administrative Court.
