Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit, "Jak společnost SW-MOTECH provádí v porovnání s teoretickými předpoklady zácvik pracovníků? Jakými kroky je vhodné zácvik doplnit? Práce je členěna do šesti kapitol. Úvodní kapitola je věnována představení společnosti. Druhá kapitola se zabývá uvedením do kontextu a pojmy kompetence, kompetenční přístup ke vzdělávání a proces orientace v organizaci. Třetí kapitola je věnována tématu orientace na útvar a pracoviště, jehož součástí zácvik je. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje použitou metodologii výzkumu. Pro dosažení cíle byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum, případová studie realizovaná prostřednictvím analýzy dokumentů a rozhovorů s klíčovými účastníky procesu. Pátá kapitola představuje výsledky výzkumu a návrhy opatření pro doplnění zácviku. Šestá kapitola je věnována diskusi.The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate how SW-MOTECH company is performing the staff training in comparison with theoretical assumptions? What steps are needed to complement the training? The thesis is divided into six chapters. The introductory chapter is dedicated to a presentation of the company. The second chapter is dealing with introduction into a context and with terms like a competence, an authority approach to education and a process of orientation in an establishment. The third chapter is dedicated to the topic of orientation to a division and a place of work, part of which the training is. The fourth chapter is describing the methodology used in the research. To achieve the goal a qualitative research, a case study implemented by an analysis of documents and by interviews with key participants in the survey were chosen. The fifth chapter presents results of the research and improvement proposals for additional training. The sixth chapter is dedicated to a discussion.
