Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studenty pedagogických oborů a jejich motivaci k pedagogickému oboru v závislosti na strategiích zvládání stresu. Teoretická část popisuje motivaci a její souvislost s výběrem studia pedagogického oboru v období adolescence, výzkumy v oblasti motivace pedagogických pracovníků, stres, výzkumy stresu a jeho působení na pedagogické pracovníky a studenty pedagogických oborů, syndrom vyhoření a strategie zvládání stresu. V empirické části jsou uvedeny cíle výzkumy, hypotézy, popis výzkumného vzorku, průběh a metody výzkumu.The bachelor thesis is focused on students of pedagogical fields and their motivation to study pedagogical field in dependence on coping strategies. The theoretical part describes the motivation in connection with the selection of study of the pedagogical field in the period of adolescence, research in the area of motivation of pedagogical staff, stress, research of stress and its influence on pedagogical staff and students of pedagogical fields, burnout syndrome and stress management strategies. In the empirical part there are stated aims, researches, hypotheses, description of the research sample, course and methods of research.
